1. Call Centre Agent X 8

JOB DETAILS:

A Call Center Agent oversees answering customers calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems. The Agents will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients so as ensure feedback is given at the stipulated time frame.

QUALIFICATION

  • Grade 12 Certificate, with six (06) Credits including English and Mathematics.
  • Diploma in Business Management, Public Relations, Customer Service or related qualification.
  • Not less than 2 years’ work experience as a Call Centre Agent.
  • Computer Skills particularly about Microsoft Application.
