Receptionist Maxlin Enterprise Limited

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our receptionist’s duties include.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and ensure that you maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, welcoming visitors, and managing inquiries.
  • Managing the visitors book
  • Managing one off job books
  • Responding and receiving mail and emails
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Performing general data entry and bookkeeping duties
  • Addressing and resolving issues that arise at the front desk promptly and effectively.
  • Making customer post service follow up calls
  • Offering administrative support across the organization
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing etc.
  • Conduct stationery and furniture record keeping
  • Perform any other functions as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements and skills

  • High school Certificate, diploma in Office Management or hospitality
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
  • Customer service attitude
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
