Sonshine School is a private institution under Northmead Assemblies of God Church located in Olympia Park, Lusaka. We provide quality education in nursery, primary and secondary school levels.
We are looking for a qualified Chef.

Job Purpose:
To be responsible for planning, organizing, management and control of the Tuckshop including the supervision of catering staff at Sonshine School.
Principal Accountabilities:
- To provide high quality catering services to Sonshine Staff and pupils.
- To ensure that the kitchen environment are clean at all times
- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing a good variety of foodstuff
- To keep proper inventory of foodstuff levels, equipment and cutlery under his/her custody
- To monitor catering budgets
- To ensure availability of food stuff, cleaning material and consumables and monitor proper utilization of the same.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
- Must have a Grade 12 Certificate with at least 05 Credits that include Mathematics and English Language
- Must possess minimum a Certificate/Diploma in Catering and Food Production
- Must possess at least 2-3 years practical experience in Catering in a reputable Institution and preferable a higher learning institution
- Must have strong leadership skills in dealing with students
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Must be medically and physically fit
- Must be between 25 and 30 years Old
