HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (01)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Undertakes timely and accurately interpretation of rules and regulations in order to enhance adherence.
- Supervise timely development of individual and departmental work plan in order to monitor and evaluate performance.
- Ensures effectively, human resource development and training functions in order to facilitate staff development.
- Supervises and undertakes timely updating of database in order to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of information.
- Ensures effectively, preparation of the unit budget in order to facilitate acquisition of financial resources.
- Supervises effectively the human and other resources in order to attain the objectives of the department.
- Undertakes regularly, the sensitisation of HIV/AIDS programmes in order create awareness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of two-three years relevant experience in a similar field
- Degree in Human resources Management , Business administration, public Administration or any other related discipline
- Valid 2024 Paid up professional ZIHRM membership
