Duties and Responsibilities shall include:
- Planning and Managing activities of the Business Hall
- Marketing and Sales of all products
- Provide monthly evaluation report of all staff
- Provide weekly/ monthly sales reports
- Stock taking and Cash Inventory Management
- Supervising Customer Service team
- Being acquainted with the modifications of the products and services of the company, and keeping abreast development and changes in customer service field by attending meetings
- Rendering and solving Customers’ technical problems
- Banking and delivery of cash at Head Office (Finance Department)
- Other duties as required and assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other related discipline, degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum Two years experience
Personal Attributes and Skills:
- Proficient in Excel and MS Word
- Outstanding Organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong Ethics and Reliability
- Effective Communicator (written and verbal), English is essential
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Highly organized, self motivated, honest, ability to work under pressure and privatize tasks
- Willing to grow with the organization
- Detail Oriented
