Team description
HSE officer is permanent supervising of the HSE works assigned by the Client and to ensure the KPI’s in term of Quality, Efficiency HSE and respect the allocated time.
Mission statement
Duties:
– Prepare all required resources as per HSE Management Plan
– Implement Company HSE Policy
– Implement all Accreditation within the timeline given by the Management
– Monitoring the Implementation of Health and Safety Onsite including Ensure site Toolbox is done daily before starting the work
– Single Point of contact for HSE with the Client
– Conduct Site Inspection and conduct minor and Major Investigations
– Conduct HSE Training and Inductions to the team
– Formulate and Manage Annual Budget
– Protect Loss and Waste Management
– Compile and report to HSE Regional Manager
– Coordinate and Ensure the review of risks assessment
– Keep all Health and Safety Records
– Build a relationship with Government Sectors and keep updated with new regulations
– Develop and review Company’s Procedures
– Supervise Subordinates including Subcontractors
– Develop and review Company’s Procedures
Responsibilities:
– To review the site HSE & Quantity and assign rectification to subcontractor
– To control the HSE and quality of the SOW
– Stop any activity / situation that may generate a risk and immediately inform his hierarchy
Profile
Skills
– Implement the QHSE Management rules and principles, HSE procedures, Planning and organisation
– Secondary studies in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering and 3 years experience in the specific field
– Contribute to working in collaboration within a group, with other services or with partner bodies, manage the internal or external networks
– Use Office tools
– Communicate in English (oral/written)
– To have a valid driving license
– Apply the best practices of his/her activity, use the tools, interpret the documents in order to install, commission and accept the Sagemcom equipment and ensure reporting of his/her
missions
– Define the pertinent indicators for a follow up and to draw up resulting action plans
– To have the aptitude to pass the training for Work at height
