Detailed Scope of Work (SOW)

Undertake the following on Chainda Market:

  1. Interior and exterior painting (size of the market is approximately 20X30 meters in size)
  2. Replacement of electrical fittings
  3. Minor Carpentry works on the roof including reupholstery of loose parts
  4. Replacement of portable hand basins and
  5. Brickwork on damaged parts of the building

Evaluation criteria

Quotations should be clear and split by line item with a summary, there will be a preliminary review of completeness, the best-evaluated bid will be selected by consideration of among other items:

  • Meeting requirements indicated in this RFQ
  • Price competitiveness
  • Evidence of performing similar work in the past

Additional Notes

Vendors are to quote on Company letterhead and must show proof of compliance with ZRA and PACRA among others. The following must also be indicated in the quotes:

  • Representative name, title and contact number and/or email
  • Quotation validity period
  • Indicate the address of the organization

DHI will issue a Fixed Price Purchase Order(s) upon evaluation of the bids received. DHI reserves the right in its sole discretion, to modify the request, to alter the selection process, to modify or amend the specifications specified in this request and to negotiate separately with any competing Offerors. The works and goods will be delivered and undertaken at the vendor’s cost at an address to be advised by DHI. Bidders should not be on any barred list.
