Office Administrator Handvic Investments

Handvic Investments is a logistics and Plant hire company, is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as an Office Administrator in Solwezi District. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficient functioning of our office operations, requiring a candidate with strong organizational, financial, and management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic banking tasks, including handling transactions, deposits, and reconciliations.
  • Efficiently manage accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Maintain thorough and precise record-keeping systems for both financial and administrative processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent management skills to oversee daily office operations and address challenges proactively.
  • Generating invoices using point of sale software such as sage.
  • Generating customer statements as well as sending and receiving emails on behalf of the company.
  • Generate reports based on the recorded data

Key Qualifications:

  • Must be male.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a related field.
  • Any qualification in accounting, business administration, or a related discipline will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Must be conversant with Point-of-Sale software such as SAGE among many.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional record-keeping abilities, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in basic banking procedures and financial management.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
