JOB BRIEF
The DevOps & Network Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the technology infrastructure that supports our fintech operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both DevOps practices and network engineering, with a focus on reliability, security, and automation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated software delivery.
Manage and enhance the configuration management and automation tools to streamline deployment processes.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance of applications.
Participate in the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Design, implement, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance and troubleshoot issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in DevOps and network engineering roles, preferably in the fintech industry.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure components.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
