- A degree in technical discipline relevant to a General Manager role in a mining Company.
- Significant management/leadership experience in a senior management role in the Mining Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Mining Operations to deliver safe, high productivity low-cost outcomes and to build positive relationships within the workforce.
