Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any related field.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to assist customers and resolve concerns.
Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, with a positive attitude
Basic computer proficiency
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Taking appropriate action to resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
Process orders and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, updating customer profiles and CRM databases as needed.
Process customer feedback and communicate suggestions to relevant stakeholders.
Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
