SAFA Travel & Tours Limited a subsidiary of Star Milling Limited are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant to deliver an exceedingly high standard of sales and customer services of a range of travel products offered by the firm.
Job Purpose
To interact with our local and international clients and guide them on available products and services that suit their needs. The Consultant must build relationships and understand the needs of our clients whilst delivering quality service.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent
- At least a Diploma in Tourism & Travel
- At least 3 years work experience in a similar role
- Certification and knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (IATA, Amadeaurs, etc.)
- Knowledge of Airline ticketing and Hotel bookings.
- Computer literate
- Customer service and sales experience
- Must have physical stamina, Creativity, Flair, and Leadership skills.
