JOB SUMMARY
To contribute to Bayport Financial Services’ growth and profitability through the management of ICT Systems by ensuring IT services including IT security systems are available through proactive management of IT Infrastructure and quality user support.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Service Management: Ensure communication of outages within stipulated times and attendance to tickets on time. Pull reports for SLA, and ticket creation on a weekly/monthly basis
- Monitoring and management of company server.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of computer hardware, applications and networks.
- Active Directory administration as well as troubleshooting and resolving email issues.
- Monitoring all server, network and IT infrastructure.
- Provide support with the Bulk Message System.
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of the Service Desk.
- Loan Management System: Provide first-line support to the Business of the Loan Management System.
- End-User Support: Provide end-user support for IT applications, Computers, VoIP and network access
- VOIP Phones Administration –Configuration, update and general maintenance of the VOIP system.
- Provide support for business applications, patching and vulnerability management.
- CCTV Management: Management of the organisation’s CCTV including Installation and setup and management of the system, Troubleshooting daily issues, and Monitoring of its operation and performance.
- Biometrics: Ensure that the Biometric System is working properly and that data is added, removed and backed up on the biometric system.
MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- ITIL or Microsoft/CompTIA + qualifications will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of work experience in an IT Windows Environment Support, Computer Networking and Security Systems.
- Financial services exposure will be an added advantage.
