Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Procurement Manager to oversee our company’s procurement process. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that all purchases meet our quality standards and budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction strategies.
Source and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and report on procurement performance, including cost savings and supplier performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
