- Grade 12 Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must be a paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
- Willingness to learn
- Highly focused, result-driven, and must have a strong sense of integrity
- Should be computer literate
