Job Description
As a Management Trainee at Minachi Lodge, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to expose you to various facets of hotel management. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Submission of monthly financial and operational reports
Rotate through different departments to gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations.
Assist in the day-to-day management of various functions, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
Learn and apply standard operating procedures to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and developmental activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
University or college graduate, preferably in Hospitality, Travel, Hotel Management, or Business Management.
No prior experience required – this is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates eager to learn and grow.
Good computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
