We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Patient Concierge Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining partnerships with doctors and hospitals, ensuring a seamless end-to-end patient experience, and promoting our medical concierge services in Zambia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish relationships with doctors and hospitals to form strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote and refer patients to our concierge services.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
2. End-to-End Patient Experience Management:
- Oversee the entire patient journey, from initial contact to post-service follow-up.
- Ensure high-quality, personalized service delivery for each patient.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients promptly and effectively.
3. Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our medical concierge services in Zambia.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, workshops, and conferences to increase awareness.
- Utilize digital marketing channels and social media to reach a wider audience.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to patient engagement and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, patient feedback, and marketing initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve service quality and marketing effectiveness.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with overall business goals.
- Provide input for the development of new services based on market trends and patient needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare industry relationship management and business development.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Zambia.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
