Responsibilities:
Annual Fleet Fitness Renewal
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure timely submission and approval of fitness renewal documentation.
- Maintain a comprehensive database to track fitness renewal dates, proactively addressing expiration.
Road Taxes Renewal and Carrier’s License Preparation
- Collaborate with finance and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate and timely renewal of road taxes.
- Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance and address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to prepare thorough documentation for the carrier’s license application.

Number Plate and Vehicle Registration
- Implement a streamlined process for quick and efficient number plate placement.

- Liaise with the insurance provider to expedite claims processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted promptly.
- Analyze claim trends and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with the claims department to analyze and report on the progress of insurance claims
- Implement a system for regular updates on the smartsheet, enhancing transparency and accountability
Statutory Document Management
- Regularly update the dashboard with accurate and current information on statutory documents.
- Implement a document control system to track document versions and revisions effectively.
Comesa Certificates Application and Export Permits and Documentation
- Research and stay informed on Comesa certification requirements, ensuring compliance for the entire fleet.
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant authorities to streamline the application process.
- Establish a system for tracking and applying for police export permits, ensuring adherence to timelines
- Guide drivers on necessary documentation for smooth cross-border operations.
DRD Bill Processing
- Streamline the DRD bill processing system to minimize errors and delays.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of processed bills.
Operational Support
- Actively engage with the operations team to understand their needs and challenges.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Internal Process Compliance and Security
- Ensure compliance with internal processes related to fleet operations.
- Report all cases of fraudulent activities and theft to the police, actively following up to ensure prosecution.
