Inventory Officer will be responsible for supporting an effective management of received materials/equipment, products, and others to ensure alignment of inventory levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for supporting an effective management of received raw materials stock, finished products, and others to ensure alignment of inventory levels.
- Ensure to conduct regular physical counts and post such details of receipt, dispatched transactions onto the Navision system to ensure integrity of the inventory management system.
- Provide information of current stock to provide justification for re-ordering including performance of routine end of day inventory reconciliation so discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner at assigned location.
- Monitor items that are transferred from the Central Office to any other project location.
- Monitor and record any disposed/donated items.
- Monitor all purchased items brought into the warehouse.
- Keep track of all items that are stolen, lost, dysfunctional (irreparably broken), or otherwise no longer useful and ensure that police report is in file for all stolen items.
- Use software to record, update and manage inventory.
- Collaborate with technical, financial and logistics staff to support with the delivery of goods to event locations.
Requirements
- A Degree Purchasing and supply or related.
- 2 years plus Experience
- Knowledge of Materials and inventory control software
- High degree of professionalism, adaptability and strong customer service skills including a high level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
- Ability To Develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with others inside and outside of the organization.
