Our client, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, is seeking a creative and highly motivated Integrations Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess partner’s processes and systems to determine integration requirements that support business goals.
- Create a comprehensive plan that outlines how different systems will be integrated, including timelines, technologies, and resources needed.
- Oversee the implementation of integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet requirements, deadlines, and budget.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, developers, vendors, and business units, to ensure smooth execution of integration projects.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles in integration projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage the coding, testing, and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring they work as intended.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of integrated systems for performance, reliability, and security, adjusting as necessary.
- Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, challenges, and outcomes through regular updates and reports.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, systems, and architectures for future reference and compliance purposes.
- Provide training and support to users on the new or modified systems, ensuring they understand how to use the integrated solutions effectively.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of integrated systems against business objectives and user satisfaction.
- Look for ways to improve integration processes, enhance system compatibility, and increase automation.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technology integration to drive innovation within the organisation.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Relevant experience in integration, project management, or related fields.
- Experience in tax compliance or financial services industry (preferred).
- Analytical mindset for evaluating system performance.
- Identification of improvement opportunities
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Interpersonal skills for building relationships with teams and partners.
- Understanding of integration principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
- Knowledge of enterprise software systems and architecture.
