Sales Supervisor Hazida Limited

About Us:

Hazida Foods Limited under Hazida Limited Group is a manufacturer of Peanut based products. We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth within the wholesale, chain store and supermarket channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals,
  • providing ongoing coaching, and ensuring they achieve their targets.
  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans and strategies to
  • maximize sales to assigned chain stores and supermarkets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at wholesales, chain stores and supermarkets, including category managers, buyers, and merchandisers.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement to secure the most favorable terms.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our products.
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay informed of industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of effective in-store promotional activities and demonstrations.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets within the wholesale, chain store and supermarket channel.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and consumer buying behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google workspace.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
