Job Title: Nail Technician

Location: Libala, Lusaka

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and nail treatments, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of the latest nail trends and techniques to offer clients a wide range of options and innovative services.
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to health and safety standards specific to nail care.
• Offer consultations to clients, recommending nail care routines and products suited to their individual needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with hair stylists to create a cohesive look for clients, if needed, emphasizing the studio’s holistic approach to beauty.
• Manage appointments and client records efficiently, ensuring a smooth workflow and a positive salon experience for all clients.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and contribute to the studio’s growth.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of providing exceptional nail care services.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Creative and artistic, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Knowledgeable about nail health, including recognizing and advising on nail conditions when necessary.
• Experience with natural hair clientele or an understanding of the unique beauty needs of the Aflocs Hair Studio’s clientele is a plus.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the studio’s operating hours.
