Proven experience in stock control, management, and administration, preferably within the agricultural or supply chain industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficiency in implementing and managing systems, databases, and administrative procedures and management.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and administrative policies to diverse stakeholders.
Awareness of environmental and social considerations related to agricultural practices.
