Position: Sales Executive
Our Client is a dynamic company specializing in the strategic supply of equipment and services to the diversified market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible in the following areas leisure development such as playpark creation, repair of speed boats, swimming pool construction, renovation and cleaning, and construction of all civils. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our market share in the areas specified above.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive market share growth strategy
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote customer loyalty.
Lead the development of new services and offerings to meet changing market demands.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications:
Must have a G12 certificate, Degree(added advantage), or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or any business relevant field.
Must have a Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Must have a Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
