Boiler Operator
Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily operations of boiler, marinating all records and safety parameters
- Keeping boiler area neat & clean.
- Ensuring no down time in boiler & no delay in steam.
- Preventive maintenance of critical equipment’s of boiler.
- Maintaining all process parameters to run boiler smoothly.
- Maintain inlet parameters & water quality, RO plant operations.
- Maintain the stock of fuel.
- Checking the quality of fuel.
- Daily trouble shooting of boiler and action plan for improvement daily
- To maintain/ update equipment’s records.
- Follow safety precautions while doing the job.
- Keep tool and tackles in good condition & at right place.
- Avoid leakages & wastage of fuel.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies required.
- Minimum Certificate/Diploma in industrial boiler operations and maintenance
- Relevant experience in boiler handling in industry
