**Job Advertisement: Lodge Manager**

Responsibilities
– Manage day-to-day lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
– Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service quality and hospitality.
– Recruit, train, and supervise lodge staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
– Come up with promotions and packages to increase revenue
– Monitor lodge finances, including budgeting, expense management, and revenue generation.
– Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local community stakeholders.
Qualifications
– A diploma or higher in Hospitality Management
– Proven experience in lodge or hotel management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
