Sales Representative Topseed Zambia Limited

About the role

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating product demand necessary for attainment of sales volume, manage sales revenue and receivables, manage tender business, Agro dealers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating demand for company products
  • Establish and Manage demonstration plots
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Management of tender business.
  • Manage sales volume and revenue to meet set objectives
  • Customer and receivable management
  • Manage Marketing activities
  • Sales budget and pricing

Qualification and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Sciences or equivalent
  • Marketing or business qualification added advantage.
  • 3 years’ experience of working with farmers.
  • Valid Clean Driver’s License with not less than 1 year driving experience
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
