About the role
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating product demand necessary for attainment of sales volume, manage sales revenue and receivables, manage tender business, Agro dealers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating demand for company products
- Establish and Manage demonstration plots
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Management of tender business.
- Manage sales volume and revenue to meet set objectives
- Customer and receivable management
- Manage Marketing activities
- Sales budget and pricing
Qualification and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Sciences or equivalent
- Marketing or business qualification added advantage.
- 3 years’ experience of working with farmers.
- Valid Clean Driver’s License with not less than 1 year driving experience
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
