Our client in Zambia is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Security industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of the financial function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Preparing and analysing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Identifying trends and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Managing and motivating the finance team.
- Maintaining a strong internal control environment.
- Liaising with external auditors.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
- Proven ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior-level business partners.
- Strong business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of accounting software.
- Completion of articles (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) highly recommended.
- Must be a Zambian citizen or possess a valid work permit to work in Zambia.
