Twitti Primary School is currently seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and passionate teacher to join our team. The appointee will report to the Head Teacher and be responsible for teaching and learning in a lower primary class.

Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification is a Diploma in Primary Education
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Registered with Teaching Council of Zambia with a valid practicing license
- Computer literate. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have 2 or more years of primary school teaching experience
- Lives in Lilayi or Chilanga
Key Skills
- Ability to create lesson plans and a stimulating learning environment
- Ability to teach reading and handwriting
- Ability to type and print examinations, use Microsoft Excel for assessment data entry and analysis
- Knowledge of child development stages and the ability to adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Patience, understanding, and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, other teachers, and staff
- Fully conversant with all the demands pertaining to the social, physical and emotional needs of children
- Commitment to professional development
- Proven experience in extracurricular activities that will benefit the school timetable and students’ exposure to a wider range of activities outside the classroom.
