Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager
The incumbent will oversee the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) function, develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy for the company, aligning it with the company’s values, mission, and long-term sustainability goals.
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Social Science, Public Relations, or any relevant field of Study. Masters in respective fields is an added advantage.
Must have 10 – 12 years’ work experience in similar field as a CSR Manager of a company.
Must have the ability to influence managers and employees Ability to demonstrate leadership.
Must have experience working in the mining industry or similar industries.
Must have experience in working with local government and chiefdoms.
Mus be able to develop, implement & execute CSR Strategy, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
