General Manager – Coal Mining
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) in Mining or Mineral Processing
Must have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (or its equivalent)
Must be a member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
Must have at least 10 -15 years practical experience in a busy environment involving precious minerals including at least 5 years of managerial experience.
Must have extensive experience in management, mine planning and analysis, financial management and project management.
Must have proven technical knowledge combined with entrepreneurial drive.
Must be Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical.
Must be a holder of both a Zambian Blasting License and a manual Driver`s License (Added advantage)
