Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager Construct Executive Search

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor Degree in Social Science/Sales and Marketing. A Master’s Degree in any business-related field will be an added advantage.

Must have 10 – 12 years’ work experience in similar field with 5-8years of experience as a CSR Manager of a company.

Must have the ability to influence managers and employees Ability to demonstrate leadership.

Must be Outgoing, eloquent, persuasive, patient, and proactive in leadership.

Must have experience in working with local government and chiefdoms.

Mus be able to develop, implement & execute CSR Strategy, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.

Must be in between 40-50 years of age.
