1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Job purpose

Expanding Visibility of TAU Z across various provinces and strengthen B2B for the programs offered

Roles and Responsibilities;

As a Business Development Executive for TAU Z Programs, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Identifying institutes across various provinces to establish partnerships with TAU for offering TAU Z Programs on their campuses through Facilitation Centers.
  • Conducting monthly visits to institutions to appoint Facilitation Centers and oversee business development activities.
  • Identifying and engaging Business Associates (Agents) outside of Lusaka to promote TAU Z Programs in other provinces.
  • Promoting part-time programs offered by TAU Z to hospitals, corporates, and various associations.
  • Providing comprehensive information to business partners regarding program offerings, accreditations, eligibility criteria, admission cycles, and commission details.
  • Developing a detailed business activity chart to expand TAU Z’s visibility across different provinces.
  • Organizing and facilitating open houses for corporates and hospitals to promote TAU Z programs.
  • Validating credits earned by students towards different levels of education before processing eligibility applications.
  • Handling commission processing for Agents and Facilitation Centers according to company policy.
  • Sending timely reports to the Reporting Manager including leads generated, eligibility letters processed, lead quality reports, and daily action plans.
  • Maintaining regular communication with Facilitation Centers and Agents.
  • Providing regular updates to the Reporting Manager on ongoing activities and progress.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

Experience and Competencies;

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and Networking skills.
  • High standards for quality and customer service.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Optional: Photoshop/Illustrator).
