QUALITY ANALYST
Job purpose
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization’s Quality Management System adheres to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Conduct Monthly review meetings, Audits, Revamping processes (SOP / Policy) as per the review cycle.
- Approve audit calendars, audit reports, SOPs, Policies, Templates, etc., and provide changes if required.
- Oversee flawless execution of Employee Appraisals after Functional Heads.
- Verify and approve Agent “MOU” to ensure compliance.
- Ensure ISO certificate acquisition for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Quality Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience and Competencies;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to evaluate large data amounts from different sources and develop useful summary reports.
