QUALITY ANALYST

Job purpose

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization’s Quality Management System adheres to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
  • Conduct Monthly review meetings, Audits, Revamping processes (SOP / Policy) as per the review cycle.
  • Approve audit calendars, audit reports, SOPs, Policies, Templates, etc., and provide changes if required.
  • Oversee flawless execution of Employee Appraisals after Functional Heads.
  • Verify and approve Agent “MOU” to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure ISO certificate acquisition for the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Quality Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience and Competencies;

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to evaluate large data amounts from different sources and develop useful summary reports.
