Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily transport schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with drivers and clients to optimize routes and resolve any issues.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client communication.
Maintain accurate records of transport activities and sales transactions.
Contribute to the development of strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics or sales support roles.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
