Locations: Mansa, Luanshya, Solwezi, Lwambwa, and Choma
The Main Responsibilities will include:
Preparing debits and making follow-ups on unpaid loans,
Screening and counter-checking all submitted loan applications that have been processed by clients,
Arrange appointments with clients as well as prepare a complete loan assessment in line with our Advance credit policy,
Arrange for the disbursement of salary advances in collaboration and close liaison with the Senior Loan Consultant/Branch Manager,
Ensure punctual repayments of salary advances by monitoring using the company’s software and contacting clients,
Exercising sound commercial judgment in resolving issues appropriately within the confines of the company’s credit policy, sales strategy and other company rules/policies, Manage key performance drivers, overall sales and profitability across different products and channels,
Closely collaborate with senior management, among other superiors, on effective outreach mechanisms and secure cost effective platforms to penetrate markets,
Candidate Must Have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding selling and negotiation skills
Exceptional customer service skills and excellent telephone phone etiquette
Fluency in English a must
High level of Professionalism
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of a Diploma in Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting from a recognized University
Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate
