Hollard Insurance Zambia is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Digital Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital sales initiatives and onboarding new clients through our digital platforms. This role demands a proactive individual with a passion for leveraging technology to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
In this role, you will be required to;
- Provide support in the management of all digital platforms such Hollard website page, Hollard app, whatsapp chatbot, facebook, Instagram, twitter, linkedin (social media) leads lead generation.
- Meeting digital sales budget (GWP)- (digital inspection, business sales and digital inspection, digital payments, and premium collection)
- Management and Servicing digital claims (digital claim processing, digital claims inspection and digital salvage sales)
- Managing walk in digital clients (onboarding clients on the iPad on our various digital app)
- Ensure generation of weekly and monthly reports on activities and income from digital channels
- Collaborating with marketing and brand agency to ensure digital campaigns are effective and active in generating activities and income
- Attend to all digital clients from the Branches outside Lusaka
