Carlcare Service Limited was established in Hong Kong in 2009 with an aim to provide professional service support to mobile phones and other electronic consumer products, and over the years has become a leading service brand for consumer electronics in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. Currently, Carlcare is providing full-service support for TECNO, Itel & Infinix three worldwide famous mobile phone brands. Therefore, Carlcare Service Limited wishes to invite qualified candidates to fill the position of Failure Analysis Technician (Entry Level) to be based in Lusaka.

Job Description
A failure analysis Technician is responsible for analyzing and determining the root cause of product or equipment failures. Below are the responsibilities and requirements successful candidates should possess.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed failure analysis investigations on mobile phone products.
- Develop and implement plans for addressing causes of failures.
- Create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve failure trends.
- Perform risk assessments to prevent future failures.
- Work with suppliers to improve product or equipment quality.
Requirements
- Diploma in IT, Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science or related field. A Degree is an added advantage
- Experience in phone repair techniques. Simple repair techniques in mobile phone included.
- Understanding of PCBA/mobile phone analysis repairs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with quality control and/or manufacturing processes is a plus.
