Job Overview: We are looking for a self-starter and a winner with compelling personal communication skills to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will be unique in their approach to customer service, ensuring each guest feels welcome and valued. While experience is not a strict requirement, having at least one year of relevant experience is preferred. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and any guest inquiries.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with guests, team members, and management.
Reservations: Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and processing payments.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Information Management: Keep accurate records of guest information, reservations, and payments.
Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service Orientation: A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using basic computer programs and reservation systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management
At least one year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
