We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to promote our cutting-edge payment solutions, acquire new business opportunities, and nurture relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the payments industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyse market trends and competitors to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and objectives.
- Utilize various channels, including online platforms, trade shows, and industry events, to generate leads.
- – Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing / Business Administration
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of Sales and Marketing experience. Experience in Fintech/payments will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within the payments solutions industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Must be a member of Zambia Institute of Marketing – ZIM
