Temporary Position – HR Assistant
Purpose of the Role:
The Human Resources Assistant will be recruited to assist in updating the KMH staff HR files
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating the KMH staff HR files Ensuring all files are correctly labeled and stored.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in organizing company events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Any other lawful duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
