POSITION: HR INTERN

REPORTS TO: HRO/HRM

SUMMARY: HR Intern is a training position in Human Resource with a view to instill the needed skills, knowledge and abilities onto the candidate so as to build them into a whole rounded HR Practitioner. This will be a full training for 6 months after which a certificate of training will be issued.

  • Leave Administration
  • Payroll Management
  • PAYE, NHIS, NAPSA, Personal Levy & Worker’s compensation Management
  • Performance management
  • Employee Motivation, Morale and Retention Management
  • Policy Formulation/ Implementation
  • Disciplinary Management
  • Labor and Industrial Relations
  • Operations & Daily administrative works

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade twelve Certificate (At least Five O’Levels)
  • Degree/Diploma In HRM, Business Administration or any related Program
  • Recent Graduate
