Personal Assistant to the Director

Location: Lusaka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s schedule and appointments.
  • Handle confidential documents and communications.
  • Organize meetings and prepare meeting materials.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
