Zambia Red Cross Society (ZRCS) has embarked on a nation-wide verification and documentation exercise for all its properties as part of its efforts towards achieving a more sustainable financial position. This exercise will require a consultant to verify ownership documents for the organization’s buildings and properties.
Given the foregoing, ZRCS Management under the NLRC supported Localization Project, has allocated resources to ensure that properties that were not covered in the previous verification exercises can now be covered in this verification and Title acquisition phase.
Objectives of the verification exercise
The main objectives of the verification exercise are as follows:
- To ensure that ZRCS’s property across the country are well documented with proper proof of ownership
- To correct and verify any relevant information against the earmarked properties as outlined in the scope of work.
- To conduct a digital search against the properties highlighted and compile files for each property outlined.
- To furnish the ZRCS with a status report on all the earmarked properties after completion of the verification process.

PLEASE NOTE: Bidders will be required to hand in proposed bids physically at the Zambia Red Cross Society Head office at Plot No. 2837 Los Angeles Boulevard, Longacres, Lusaka. Only physically delivered consultancy bids shall be considered.
