Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients through thorough market research, referrals and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Collaborate with the team to convert leads into clients.
2. Statutory Compliance and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit accurate statutory reports (e.g., PAYE, NAPSA, VAT, TOT, NHIMA) for both the company and its clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and adapt processes accordingly.
3. Strategic Marketing Campaigns:
- Work closely with the team to create and execute targeted campaigns.
- Utilize digital channels, social media platforms and events to promote business and associated services.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Financial Operations and Bookkeeping:
- Maintain meticulous financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate accurate financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, track expenses and analyze revenue trends.
- Collaborate with the team on budgeting and forecasting.
5. Executive and General Administrative Tasks:
- Organize and maintain company documents, contracts and records.
- Handle vendor and supplier management, ensuring timely payments and smooth relationships.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in an accounting system.
- Strong in applications and knowledge in excel and word.
- Proven experience in any payroll system.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and financial regulations.
