supporting our client’s machine learning projects. Lead and manage a team of data professionals,
providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness and
growth.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Attributes

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information
  Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: experience in data tagging or annotation, data management, or a similar role.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Recruitment Skills: Experience in identifying staffing needs, conducting interviews, and
  onboarding new employees.
• Office Management: Demonstrated ability to manage office operations and address
  employee needs effectively.
