About the role:
RTW Shipping & Logistics is looking for a high-performing Shipping and Logistics Coordinator and Sales to help meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping their company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and experience in air freight, sea freight, land freight and custom clearance
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales operations
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure shipments are processed timely and accurately
- Track shipments and maintain accurate documentation
- Resolve issues related to transportation and logistics
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field
- Work experience in the shipping and logistics industry, specifically with air freight, sea freight, land
- freight and custom clearance is a MUST
- Proven experience in logistics coordination
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
