Reconciliation:
Assisting with bank and credit card reconciliations.
Reconciling vendor statements and ensuring all discrepancies are resolved.
Invoice Processing:
Reviewing and processing invoices for payment.

Assisting with the tracking of expenses and ensuring proper documentation.
Auditing Support:
Helping prepare documents and records for internal and external audits.
Assisting in identifying discrepancies and issues for resolution.
Budgeting Assistance:
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Monitoring actual vs. budgeted expenditures and reporting variances.
Administrative Tasks:
Answering phones and responding to emails related to accounting inquiries.
Filing and organizing financial documents.
Assisting with the preparation of correspondence and other communications.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensuring all financial practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Adhering to internal policies and procedures.
Learning and Development:
Participating in training sessions and workshops to improve accounting knowledge and skills.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in hotel accounting.
