Customer Service Representative Aeryview Travel And Events

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and recommendations to clients.
  • Plan itineraries that meet clients’ budgets and requests.
  • Address and resolve customer and vendor issues promptly.
  • Maintain records of bookings, payments, and communications.
  • Manage travel-related conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Foster strong relationships with travel and tour vendors.
  • Ensure smooth tour operations and make rational decisions during emergencies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in Travel, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Understanding of foreign and domestic travel requirements.
  • Proven experience as a Customer service or sales consultant (minimum of 1 year).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience with email communication and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of online research tools for gathering travel-related information.
  • Comfortable with using social media platforms for marketing and customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in hospitality or tourism.
  • Experience in handling corporate, leisure, and group travel.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
