customers. We are seeking a talented and driven Amazon Specialist to join our growing e-

Key Responsibilities
- Amazon Store Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Amazon store, ensuring optimal performance and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Product Listings: Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including compelling product descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing strategies to maximize visibility and sales.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring timely replenishment and forecasting demand.
- Advertising Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer reviews, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing feedback and reviews to enhance the customer experience.
- Promotions and Deals: Plan and execute promotional strategies, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other special offers, to boost sales and brand visibility.
- Compliance: Ensure all product listings and activities comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an Amazon store or similar e-
commerce platform.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Proficiency in Amazon advertising and SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and software (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout,
etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Amazon Advertising Certification, Google Analytics Certification, or similar credentials.
- Experience with international markets on Amazon.
- Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Walmart, Shopify).
